Tatan Mame - Our Father



I Padre Nuestro
Tatan-mami, na gaige hao gi langet, u matuna i na’an-mu.Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

U mamaila’ i gobietno-mu, u mafa’tinas i pinto’-mu asi gi tano’ komu gi langet.Thy kingdom (lit: government) come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Na’i ham pa’go nu i kada ha’ani na agon-mami,
Give us this day our daily bread,

Yan asi’i ham nu i diben-mami, taiguihi i in asisi’i i dumidibi ham siha.
And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Ya cha’mu ham pumopo’lo na fambasnak gi tentasion,
And lead us not into temptation,

Lao na’fanlibre ham nu i tailayi. Amen.
But deliver us from evil. Amen.

This is very helpful. Words are spelled correctly unlike some literature that use phonetic spelling which can be confusing to understand at first. I like how the translations are chunked as well.
