Pronouns

Pronouns

There are two types of regular pronouns in the Chamorro language that are demonstrated as follows in the 1st person and plural forms:

hita - we as in 'you and I' (inclusive)
hame - we as in 'they and I' or 'he and she,' discounting the 2nd person (exclusive)

Personal Pronouns

There are two types of personal pronouns in the Chamorro language which consist of either long or short versions:
